Our least favorite US Supreme Court Justice, Brett Kavanaugh, admitted that "extreme partisan gerrymandering is a real problem for our democracy." Help us convince the Joint Finance Committee that Wisconsin's extreme partisan gerrymander has got to go. Governor Evers' budget allocation for nonpartisan redistricting reform is just what's needed to stop our politicians from choosing their own voters and make sure voters get to choose their political representatives when Wisconsin redraws our electoral maps in 2021.

We urge everyone who can to attend one or more of the four Joint Finance Committee public hearings that will take place around the state in April. Here's the full schedule with links to sign up to attend the hearings in the Milwaukee area (Wednesday, April 10) and Green Bay (Wednesday, April 24).

Please sign up for the hearing in the Janesville area below. If you would like to carpool, please send email to Kris Lennon. She's planning to rent a van if there are enough people from the Milwaukee area who want to attend.

Support at these hearings can take two forms: 1) signing up to speak to the issue; and 2) standing to show support for other speakers addressing the issue. They officially start at 10am and go until 5pm, but most people arrive at 8:30 in order to sign up to speak.
