I have been disgusted with the negative smear campaigning conducted by Shorts, lying about and distorting Lipscomb’s record. Mr. Lipscomb was also instrumental in attempting to create public transportation from the city of Milwaukee to Foxconn, to enable those who very much need jobs the ability to get to the job.
