Grassroots North Shore, in conjunction with the Clinton and Feingold campaigns, begins the Get Out the Vote push this weekend. We will be focusing on phoning voters in the North Shore area. (Those who want to canvass should sign up through the Clinton campaign site. Canvass activities for the North Shore are being staged at 1455 E. Fairy Chasm Rd in Bayside.)

We need people for different roles throughout the day.

Roles 

Director to manage the data: One person per shift. In the list below, the shifts labeled 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and  5:30 PM to 8:30 PM are for people who want to help administer the action.

Trainer to review script and phoning procedures with other phoners. One person for each shift: 9 AM, Noon, 3 PM, and 6 PM. Sign up for the shift of your choice corresponding to the start times just listed and send email to Nancy Kaplan to let us know that you are willing and able to train other phonebankers.

Phoners: Four shifts with up to eight people per shift: 9 AM, Noon, 3 PM, and 6 PM.

This activity will be repeated on Saturday, October 22, and Sunday, October 23. When you finish signing up for a shift here, please sign up for at least one additional shift on another day!
