Every election is important. And Grassroots North Shore has plenty of things you can do to help make the outcome on April 5 a happy one!
- Grassroots North Shore is delivering flyers to turn out the vote in communities where there will be important contested elections: Brown Deer, Fox Point, and Whitefish Bay. This activity will begin in early March and will end when early in-person voting begins on March 22. There will be no face-to-face contact with voters: the flyers will be left either in newspaper boxes or at a door.
- Grassroots North Shore will begin phoning voters in the Mequon-Thiensville School District, where there is an important election featuring at least one candidate who lost in the November 2021 recall election. We'd like her to lose again! These are easy calls you can make in your pjs!
- Grassroots North Shore is sending postcards to strong Democratic women in Ozaukee County ahead of the April 5 election to support incumbent judge Lori Kornblum. The message will be printed on the cards we will provide and you will be given stamps. All you will have to do is address the cards, write the salutation, and sign with your first name. Easy peasy! We bundle the cards in lots of 30 each.
